In my role as an Information Analyst Intern at ACI Limited, I developed machine learning models, created detailed AI tool reports, and built interactive dashboards. Notable projects include the Crop Care & Public Health (CCPH) Crop Disease Detection app and the Consumer Brands (CB) Hygiene Dashboard. These experiences have significantly enhanced my skills in data integration, cleaning, and visualization.

During my internship, my primary goal was to enhance my ability to comprehend and apply technical documentation and research papers effectively. I focused on reading materials related to machine learning and data analysis technologies such as Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, exploratory data analysis, JavaScript , and Power BI. I actively engaged in reading technical manuals, project specifications, and research papers to deepen my understanding of these complex topics. This effort was essential for improving project outcomes and personal productivity by reducing errors and increasing efficiency in tasks requiring technical knowledge.

To achieve this, I set daily reading goals, utilized techniques like highlighting, annotating, and summarizing, and organized my learning materials using note-taking apps. These strategies enhanced my comprehension of complex technical concepts and prepared me for future work demanding a strong foundation in technical knowledge and quick learning of new technologies. This capability not only boosts productivity but also ensures accurate decision-making in technical projects.

Reflecting on my internship, I successfully achieved my objective of enhancing reading comprehension skills through focused reading and active engagement with technical documentation. By mastering these tools during my internship, I improved my ability to extract insights from data and present them effectively, contributing to better project outcomes. My second goal was to enhance my ability to identify significant challenges, conduct thorough research, and analyze data to provide well-supported solutions. To achieve this, I focused on identifying key issues, gathering reliable information, and using data analysis tools. I assisted the Machine Learning team in data collection, preprocessing, and model development, contributing to projects such as the Crop Care & Public Health (CCPH) Crop Disease Detection app and the Crop Care & Public Health (CCPH) FPM project. Additionally, I worked on the Pharma Data Annotation and Swapno video annotation projects.

My job tasks included developing and maintaining the AgriBusiness (AB) Credit and Overdue Reports, contributing to the Consumer Brands (CB) Hygiene Dashboard BD by identifying data quality indicators, and designing visualizations for the Consumer Brands (CB) Food Sales Dashboard using Power BI. These tasks helped me improve my skills in machine learning, Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, exploratory data analysis, JavaScript, Power BI, and C++. I aimed to work with these technologies as well as tools like Google Colab, Jupyter Notebook, Linux, Codeblocks, and Node.js due to their relevance in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.

Reflecting on my goals, I successfully completed my objectives related to critical thinking and job-specific tasks. At the same time, I produced thorough analyses, proposed effective solutions, and received positive feedback. While there were challenges in mastering some advanced machine learning algorithms, the continuous feedback process significantly contributed to my growth and confidence. My internship experience was marked by the achievement of key goals, development of crucial skills, and practical application of advanced technologies, which will undoubtedly benefit my future work experiences.

This analysis identified specific issues and opportunities for improvement, such as enhancing theft prevention and optimizing store security. My contributions directly supported the project's goals of increasing operational efficiency and enhancing the customer experience through actionable, data-driven insights.

With no direct guidance available, I carefully assessed the necessary changes, quickly made the updates, and polished the report to meet their high standards.


Though the task was challenging, I approached it with enthusiasm and determination, eager to show my ability to handle significant responsibilities on my own. My swift and effective actions not only solved the issues but also earned genuine praise from the senior officials for my quick thinking and problem-solving skills. Their positive feedback highlighted my capacity to perform well under pressure and reinforced my skills in adaptability, leadership, and commitment to excellence.
